Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our direct control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and destination-specific delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Products within the same order may occasionally be fulfilled separately.

As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Delayed Orders
